The standard "++" on our ticket pricing refers to 10% service charge and 7% GST.

Points to note for 1-for-1 bookings: 

  1. 1-for-1 bookings are transacted in pairs. For example if you would like to book for 2 guests, please select “2” in the dropdown option. Your final transaction amount will appear on your shopping cart for verification before checkout. Please note that transaction amount will include relevant taxes and booking fees. 
  2. For odd-numbered bookings (e.g. purchases of 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, etc tickets), the additional single ticket in the purchase will be charged at the regular promo price of SGD 98++. You may add the additional ticket by clicking on the 'Continue Shopping' button displayed. Your total quantity of tickets and transaction amount will appear on your shopping cart for verification before checkout. Please note that transaction amount will include relevant taxes and booking fees. 
  3. The 1-for-1 offer is for a limited number of seats per session. Should you be unable to purchase the number of seats you require,  it is because the number of seats available for the 1-for-1 offer during your chosen session is fully sold. You may select another session or restaurant with seats that are still available.

Spring Asparagus Soup
Green asparagus puree and cream served with ikura and asparagus spears
Chef Signature Salad
Arugula, pear and walnut with crumbed cheese and homemade fumée
salmon, drizzled with a classic French vinaigrette

Main Course:
Magret de Canard
Oven Roasted French Duck Breast with deep fried brussel sprouts with a red wine berry sauce
Confit de Canard
French duck leg slow cooked in duck fat, served over a parsnip purée
and drizzled with a berry balsamic glaze, topped with truffle pâté

Crème Brûlée
A rich vanilla flavoured custard base topped with a texturally hardened caramelized sugar

Seared Hokkaido Scallop
Hokkaido scallops seared in high heat, cooked to perfection with a sheer centre and topped with Russian caviar

Chapter III:
Joue De Boeuf
Beef cheek stewed in red wine served on truffle mash, sliver onion and sautéed velvety field mushroom
Pan-fried Coral Trout
Fillet of Coral Trout pan-fried with grilled King oyster mushroom, wilted spinach and fennel broth
Wine Pairing:
Cabernet Sauvignon
Korad Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand)

Chapter IV: 
Chocolate Moelleux
Warm chocolate cake with a liquid center, accompany with mix berry and vanilla ice-cream
