Based in the Sheraton Towers Hotel Singapore, Maetomo Restaurant & Bar is reimagining the concept of Washoku - Japanese traditional dining concept, that was awarded and officially listed as one of the UNESCO World Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2013. By constantly innovating and creating state-of-the-art dishes made with a modern twist, Head Chef Maetomo, who is inspired by the four seasons transitions, aims to bring out the finest, most delicate flavours of seasonal ingredients to create an umami experience.
The culinary experience will be complemented with cocktails concocted using Roku Gin, the first artisanal gin from Suntory available outside of Japan. Distilled with six unique Japanese botanicals that are picked throughout the year at their peak, a perfectly multi-layered gin is created. The premium spirit will be used in a tantalising array of cocktails to go with the flavourful 7-course meal.
