Having more than 25 years of culinary expertise, Chef Hatch aims to delight guests with captivating food that is opulent and authentic.
The omakase menu that will be served on 12 December will be paired with sakes from the new premium Sake Brand “DAN”. Created by Sasaichi Brewery from Yamanashi Prefecture, the sakes are made with the best wine-making koji rice and the premium quality soft water from Mount Fuji. It will certainly be a fantastic sake-pairing dinner!
