Avid traveller, baker, and award-winning writer, Bryan Koh spent almost 4 years on the road travelling to and fro from Myanmar just to complete his first cookbook – 0451 Mornings Are For Mont Hin Gar. This book boasts more than 230 Burmese recipes that he painstakingly accumulated through his time spent with the locals from street food vendors to the home cooks he has met during his trips. From there, two other books were published highlighting his journey through Malaysia’s East Coast and the Philippines.
