Helming the kitchen of Fat Chap is Indonesian-born Selamat Susanto, whose passion for cooking stemmed from family traditions of preparing and sharing a meal together.
Join us on this evening as Chef Selamat prepares a delectable 4-course menu, which includes popular dishes like Oxtail Soup and Klapertart. Topshelf products from Angliss Singapore - National Beef and Pure South Lamb - will also be featured. To go with the menu will be the wines from Veramonte, a winery that is dedicated to natural practices that focus on sustaining healthy soils, pure fruit and expressive wines.
