Helming the kitchen is Chef Liu Ching Hai who has more than 20 years of experience in fine Chinese cuisine and his repertoire of delectable Cantonese cuisine has been savoured by international dignitaries, diplomats, Hollywood and Hong Kong celebrities.

The evening sees a delectable six-course menu, specially created by Chef Liu, which is guaranteed to impress your taste buds. Paired with the night’s menu are the exquisite wines of California - featuring wines from the following wineries: Honig Vineyard & Winery, Au Bon Climat, Evening Land Vineyards and DuMOL.
