- You can park your baby stroller on the second floor. Please follow the signs for designated stroller parking areas.
- Bingo will be held at the Zorba restaurant, conveniently located just in front of the entrance.
- Pop-up stores and games will be situated on the second floor for your enjoyment.
- Please note that this is a cashless event. Only credit cards will be accepted.
- Please be aware that the food and drinks cashiers are separate. Look for the signs indicating the designated cashier for each category. This will help ensure a smooth and efficient purchasing experience.
- To ensure hygiene standards, the purchase of food is exclusively through food vouchers - available at the designated food cashier.
- Entry is by QR code embedded in this PDF ticket only. Present QR code on your smart device at the festival entrance.
- Duplicate, damaged, lost tickets will not be accepted, refunded or replaced. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to persons without proof of original ticket purchase.
- No outside food or drink is permitted on the event premises.
- Any guest who displays unruly behaviour will be promptly asked to leave and will not be entitled to a refund.
- Even in case of rain, the event will continue in the covered area.
- Food and drinks are not included in the ticket price.
- Children under 3 enter for free however a ticket is still required for entry.
- No pets will be allowed into the Event.
- Re-entry will be allowed - only those with the wristband provided at initial entry to the event.
