For May’s edition, from 14th to 18th May, Chef Joeri Timmermans from Blackwattle will host Guest Chef Mitch Orr from ACME Sydney to whip up a culinary storm. Both chefs are known for their creativity that will leave taste buds wanting more. Pushing boundaries with their cooking, using interesting ingredients like tamarillo and saltbush kimchi.
On the menu, interesting renditions will create new flavour dimensions. From Potato ice cream topped up with Mangosteen granita to Glazed tuna cheeks. Definitely a culinary experience not to be missed!
