FLOCK AT THE NEST FEATURING MERVIN WONG
Flock at the Nest kicks off the return of live shows at the Pasir Panjang Power Station in 2022 with a wonderfully ethereal performance by sound artist/electronic producer Mervin Wong.
Mervin will perform brand new music from his latest EP, Akasha, presented here as an intriguing live listening experience and borne out of a collaboration with multidisciplinary artists Josh Tirados Suarez and Sarah Isabelle Tan. He will be responding to the installations – wispy, modular garments by Josh and concrete installations, comprising sculptures, wall hangings, and tableware by Sarah.
Inspired by “Akasha”, a concept which means “ether” or “space” in Indian cosmology, he invites audience members to have their own subjective experience as they make their own journey through it.

Pasir Panjang Power Station A is located at 27 Pasir Panjang Road, Singapore 117537.
Vaccination Differentiated Safe Management Measure (VDS) checks will be conducted. You are required to do a Safe Entry check-in via Trace Together App or Token to verify your vaccination status.
Only individuals who are fully vaccinated; have recovered from COVID-19; medically ineligible for COVID-19 vaccination; and children aged 12 years and below, may be exempted from VDS. In addition, exempted children must only be in the same group as other children in their household.
Ticket holders who are denied entry for failing to show proof of required vaccination status will not be entitled to refund or exchange.
Masks must be worn at all times during the concert.
The venue reserve the right to ask any person who refuses to comply with regulations to leave the premise.
The ticket holder is requested to inform all other individuals whom he or she has given tickets to, or bought tickets on behalf of, of the requirements as stated above.
